GoCoachly is a platform that provides AI-enhanced platforms to help coaches deliver personalized support to their clients. We’re based in Dubai, UAE and serve users globally.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect personal data from both coaches (admin users) and their clients (student users) as part of the service.

From Coaches:

• Name, email address, and profile photo
• Coaching program details and preferences
• Notes, summaries, and feedback input

From Students:

• Name and email
• Study goals, time management habits, and self-assessments
• Uploaded content such as calendar screenshots, pre-call forms, and transcripts
• AI interaction logs
• Google Calendar data such but not limited to event titles, descriptions and start and end time, if you choose to connect your Google Calendar to our service.

Automatically Collected Data:

• IP address, browser type, device type
• Usage data (e.g.,pages visited, time spent, interactions with AI tools)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to:

• Provide and improve the Coachly platform
• Deliver personalized feedback and insights using AI
• Help coaches understand client progress and engagement
• Communicate updates, respond to inquiries, and offer support
• Monitor platform usage and ensure system security
• Google Calendar data accessed via the API is used by our AI to understand your current time commitments and patterns.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract (e.g., delivering platform services)
• Legitimate interests (e.g., product improvement, AI-driven insights)
• Consent (when required, e.g., for marketing communications)

• AI infrastructure providers (e.g., OpenAI) for processing user prompts and generating responses
• Coaches, if you are a student, for the purpose of monitoring progress and engagement
• Legal authorities, if required to comply with applicable laws or court orders
• To enable the AI-powered analysis of your schedule, the Google Calendar event data we access (such as event times and titles) may be processed by our third-party AI infrastructure provider (e.g., Gemini).

All data shared with third parties is subject to contractual safeguards.

6. Data Storage and Security

We use modern cloud infrastructure (e.g., Supabase, AWS) and industry-standard encryption to store and protect your data. Access controls, audit logs, and periodic reviews are in place to ensure your information is secure.

GOOGLE API DISCLOSURE

Coachly’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the “Limited Use” requirements.
